Welcome to Neutral Voices Media Group (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (neutralvoicesmediagroup.com) and the services we provide, including videography, photography, podcast production, and advertisement space sales (collectively, “Services”). By using our website or engaging with our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our Services.

1. Services

1. Scope

We offer videography, photography, podcast creation, production, editing, and sale of ad space. We’ll provide the specific Description of Work (scope, deliverables, timeline, cost) in writing (e.g. via a proposal or contract) before beginning work.

2. Client Responsibilities

You (“Client”) agree to provide all necessary information, access, permissions (e.g. location, subjects’ consent), assets (e.g. logos, branding materials) in a timely manner. Delays caused by you may result in changed timelines or additional fees.

3. Content and Usage Rights

We grant you rights to use delivered media as specified in your contract. Unless otherwise stated:

  • We remain the owners of any raw footage, source files, or master copies.

  • You receive a license to use the final delivered media for the uses agreed (e.g. marketing, web, social media).

  • Any use beyond that (e.g. resale, redistribution, altering beyond agreed scope) may require additional permissions/fee.

 

4. Ad Space Sales

If you purchase advertisement or sponsorship space (on podcast, video, website, or other media), you will provide content (ad copy, graphics) that comply with applicable laws (no infringing, illegal, or offensive content). We reserve the right to reject or remove ads that violate policy.

2. Payment Terms

  • ​Pricing will be stated in the contract/proposal.

  • A deposit (e.g. 30-50%) may be required before work begins; balance due upon completion or per agreed schedule.

  • Payments not made on time may incur interest or late fees.

  • If you cancel or postpone a project after work has started, you may still be responsible for the portion of work completed (pro rata) plus any non-recoverable costs.

3. Deliverables & Timeline

  • We will deliver media (photos, video, podcast) according to the timeline agreed in contract.

  • Minor revisions (e.g. small edits) may be included; major revisions or changes in scope may incur additional charges and extend timeline.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • All deliverables are protected by copyright law.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, we retain copyright to the work, granting you a license to use.

  • You promise that any materials you provide (images, music, logos etc) do not infringe on third-party rights and you hold necessary licenses.

5. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • We warrant that we will perform services with reasonable care and skill.

  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g. number of viewers, reach, impact)

  • Except as required by law, our services are provided “as is,” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability​

  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or similar.

  • Our liability for direct damages is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Your Rights

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neutral Voices Media Group and its agents, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • your breach of these Terms;

  • your violation of any law or third-party rights;

  • content you supply (e.g. ad copy, images) that infringes or is unlawful;

  • your use of the deliverables beyond scope.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the contract (for Services) if the other party breaches material obligations and fails to remedy within a reasonable period after receiving notice.

  • Upon termination, you’ll pay for all work done up to the termination date, including any non-recoverable costs.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.

  • Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved via negotiation first; if that fails, then through mediation or binding arbitration (as agreed), or courts in Indiana.

10. Changes to the Terms​

​

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will post the updated version on our site with a “last updated” date. Continued use of our site or Services after the change constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
