Refund Policy

At Neutral Voices Media Group, we strive to deliver high-quality media services. Because of the nature of our Services (custom creative work, time and resources committed), refunds are handled as follows.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are considered only in exceptional situations, such as:

  • • We fail to deliver the service as agreed in the contract (scope, timeline, deliverables).

  • • We breach a material term of the agreement.

  • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction due to change of mind, tastes, style preferences, or delays or issues caused by client (unless we agreed to absorb those).

2. Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, must notify us in writing within 5 days of receiving the deliverable(s).

  • Provide details of the reason for the refund request: what was unsatisfactory, how it fails to meet the agreed scope.

3. Assessment & Resolution

  • We will review your request, compare deliverables to the contract / scope, and determine whether a refund (partial or full) is warranted.

  • If refund is warranted, we may offer alternative remedy (rework, revision) before issuing a refund.

  • Any deposit already paid may be non-refundable to cover prep, scheduling, opportunity cost, work already completed.

4. Amount of Refund

  • If we agree to a refund, the amount refunded will be the portion of fees for the undelivered work, less costs already incurred.

  • Example: if you paid for Podcast + Videography, and we delivered the podcast but video not delivered, refund for video portion minus costs.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Deposits (to hold time, resources) may be non-refundable once work has started.

  • Costs for third-party services (e.g. travel, licensing, location rental etc) which were paid by us and are non-recoverable may be deducted.

  • However, no method is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Timeline for Refunds

  • If refund is approved, we will process it within [5 days].

  • If original payment method is unavailable, we’ll issue refund in another mutually agreed way.
